Land Sales in Queen Creek jump in July!

Unexpectedly, after months of less than 1% of the active listings closing, Queen Creek is finally seeing an increase in land sales.  The average for an unimproved lot (no water, no electric, no sewer) is hovering at around $20,000 per acre.  17 properties sold in Queen Creek in July 2009, 16 of which were under 1.5 acres in size.

Amazingly, today, August 1, 2009, the MLS shows ELEVEN properties pending - which is putting Queen Creek on track for a bonanza of a month!

Check out my great deals on bank-owned lots on www.thedirtdealers.com and make an offer.  I have a bank wanting to sell you land and we have access to financing of up to 70% LTV.
